- How long does it take to activate my order?
- In-Stock server orders are typically processed within 24 hours, a Premium server must be assembled and may take up to 4 business days.
- Do you price match local competitors?
- Absolutely! If you think you've found a better deal for a server, send the quote or link to us and we'll be pleased to try our best to match or beat it.
- Which control panels are available for a dedicated server from your company?
- Currently we offer both Cpanel and Direct Admin.
- Do you host Windows based dedicated servers?
- Absolutely! Please select it as an upgrade Operating System option when ordering.
- Are your services fully managed?
- Currently we only offer basic management and hardware maintenance support. For an additional fee you can order full server management.
- Do you allow IRC related services to be hosted?
- We allow all types of service on our network, as long as they abide by the Terms of Service. Anyone caught violating these terms will removed from our network.
- Why do the Windows servers cost more than the Linux servers?
- These prices reflect the cost of licensing Windows.
- What are the content restrictions of Carat Networks?
- No underage or illegal adult material. No child pornography. No Email Marketing, Soliciting or SPAM. No Pirated Software, Warez or Cracks.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- No. You are not committed to a minimum contract.
